| Recognizing God's Word as our primary source and guide in preparing and teaching Bible lessons, the Teacher's Edition is the heart of this Bible program. The 160 daily lessons are organized into fifteen units. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter units are included and should be taught at the appropriate times of the year. Each lesson begins with a Bible text for the teacher to read and study in preparation for teaching the lesson. Also listed are the doctrinal truths taught, character traits emphasized, verses memorized, catechism introduced and reviewed, and materials needed to teach the lesson. Character stories and application questions and discussions help students understand who God is and the importance of living His way.The Teaching Materials (reproducible pages for making visuals) aid the teacher in presenting lessons. A bulletin board for each unit provides the teacher with an optional teaching aid that emphasized the unit theme. |
